Cultivated in Littleton
To my un-ending gratitude, Buds and Blooms greenhouse, which was on Farr Hill Road, cultivated the Pollyanna Lily — just so I could see what it looked like. Appropriately, the grower was fourth-generation Littleton native, Roger Merrill of Patriot’s Drive, whose forbears were contemporaries of young Eleanor.
